The only way I can think that I could help out is by providing images as I am an amateur photographer in my spare time.
my work can be viewed here but I photograph all around London, Surrey, Kent and Sussex

Hi sdkb,
Thanks for your post.
Firstly may I apologise that you have not been receiving HydeLife. I hope you received our autumn edition that came out last week? I will ensure Roundshaw residents continue to receive this in the future. I am currently looking at new ways of involving more residents into the process of creating HydeLife and I am always keen to hear about new ideas and stories for content. I will be providing updates on this in future editions but in the meantime if you have any feedback on the magazine I would be very grateful to hear it.
With regards to the website, we currently provide limited information about Roundshaw on the Hyde website but I agree this is not sufficient and needs a lot of development. We are currently looking into improving the website, again with the involvement of residents, if this is something you might be interested in, do let me know. In the meantime I will work with Roundshaw Homes to ensure we are providing more useful information.
Thanks again, Sarah

I live on Roundshaw in a property owned by Hyde/Roundshaw Homes. I have lived here for 12 years almost, mine was one of the first houses to be completed so I was lucky to move in during autumn 1999. A couple of minor issues really;
- Roundshaw homes no longer have a website. Why is that? Will it getting one in the future and why was it very unprofessionally taken offline in the first place? It still hangs around on the net in a sorry state, are tenants expected to use it in that state?
- The tenant magazine, produced by Hyde, is no longer distributed to tenants like it was up until about a year ago. Why is that? I called the Roundshaw Homes office on the estate here and asked them, the reply was " we do not have any, we do not get sent them anymore". There was no offer to inquire with Hyde as to why they were not being sent to the Roundshaw homes office, no offer of help at all. So I am posting here to find out, can Hyde tell me/us if we are ever going to have that magazine through our doors again or even delivered to the Roundshaw office for us to collect? You want tenants to be involved and share their stories and experiences with you, but how do they know that if they never see the magazine in the first place?
I look forward to some response to this.
