REPAIRS are obviouulsy not a high priority with Hyde if you are a tenant...

NO heating for the second time in a week and guess what OH they can come next Monday 21st so I can do without heating until then... although they have already been out a week ago to FIX IT ....... why just because we live in social housing are we treated like this. If I offered to pay I bet they would be out tonight or tomorrow...

No I am not in a priority group but I have a daughter who is 19 weeks pregnant and also we work hard and now have to go home to a cold house as well but its ok cause we have hot water ... what are we meant to all get in bath!???????

I FEEL totally let down and that all HYDE are interested in is the rent money not actually there tenants... I am alos on the other side because I work for customer care and we get out tenants repairs within 3 working days if non urgent but heating/water/safety issues within 24 hours.... shame on you HYDE.....

seriously how long does it take for repairs to get done. i've been waiting 6 months to get my communal front door fixed as the pin code for the door won't release the latch. wouldn't mind so much but me and the other resident don't have a front door key as none were issued to us, have a back door key but what good is that if you leave by the front door and leave your back door key somewhere or lose it. no letter box on door either so post has to be redirected as postman can't get in. phoned again today to find out what was going on to be told that as far as the outside contractors are concerned the problem has been fixed. well it hasn't and yet again i will be waiting god knows how long for someone to come out. regarding the letter box, or lack of one i have asked permission to put one of those ones you screw on the wall up, to be told i'd be sent a home improvement form to fill out and then they'd have to figure out if the front door was a fire exit or not. 1, i don't want to put it on the door, and 2, if its a fire exit door, then why after 6 months, after countless phone calls and emails has it still not been sorted
