Hi Komal! I live on the Stockwell Gdns Est., where nothing much seems to be happening. (Correct me if I'm wrong, please.) Did you get any feedback regarding the residents' involvment? Hi, im stephen from the camberwell area, i have been a resident there for under 1 year, and seem to have many problems, i have lots of ideas of how the sites could be improved, costing residents like myself less - and less for hyde homes and their budget. But no-one seems to care. my second report of flat damage has gone in, and no problems ever resolved due to your budget. But three main problems - heating, water, air circulation..would like to here your views on this please?

Let me be the last to introduce myself, no I am not a biscuit and you certainly can not dunk me, I'm not nutty nor fruity nor end up with crumbs. My internet name is widely known accross the highway but stay annon, I have good reason for this that can't be explained so don't get annouyed if you ask and I don't reply.
I am a jack of some trades but master at none or is it other way round.......lol, this is what happens when you join an housing group..............lol I spend more than half my time in a chair, my friend bought me an electric chair but I wouldn't plug it in.
When one writes an artical @ 1.52 in morning one should only expect typos, so please don't complain about my spelling cause word check doesn't work on here....:-)~ Do you really need to know anymore that you couldnt find out when I start screaming with red lights and at the moment will not give any thanks in case I might regret them in the near future.....lol
And for being in arrears, how brave my dear Easzee that is recomendable to even admit on a blog that you fell into hardship because you studyed to fullfill a dream and nice to see that an housing assossociation keeps up with the standards awarded but not always in some cases. Anyway enough about me, hope you enjoy having me around medical trained helps but not if your retired and could miss diagnose..............lol What time does the knees up start..............

Hi everyone, I'm a little late in catching this ship!! My name is Laurie McGarva and I work as a Project Manager in the Central Resident Engagement Team. I used to be based at Hyde Northside Homes, where I enjoyed working with residents from Hyde Village, Ringcross, The Grove and Packington Square. It would be great to see some Northside residents joining the forum, I'll keep my eyes peeled for any new posts! Thanks L

Hi Julian,
Hyde gets the majority (60%) of its income from rent, with the rest made up of sales income and management fees.
In 2008/09, Hyde received £75.8 million from government in the form of Social Housing Grant which is used to build new homes. This money comes from the Homes and Communities Agency, which is a quango overseen by the Department for Communities and Local Government.
You can find out more about how Hyde is funded by looking at page 32 of our Annual Review

Hi, I'm Julian in SE London (Beckenham) I have just joined and I'm particularly interested in how Hyde funds itself and how it acquires money from government, both central and local.

Hi I have been a hyde resident for three years. I often read that Hyde are building new ultra energy efficient homes. I would like to invite them to come and transform my home as although I love it it certainly isn't energy efficient regards willow
