How about using an incentive to encourage more residents to use the forum. How about prizes given for 'Topic of the Month', most helpful suggestion, top poster, recommend a neighbour to the site and receive a gift upon their joining the forum. It could be promoted in the next edition of Hydelife. I think the front page and a centre spread highlighting the website would be good

Thanks, Paul, this is very useful. There will be a short feature about the website and the forum in the next residents' magazine, so do look out for it. Good suggestion about the welcome pack and the examples of how comments helped to improve services or just offer useful advice.
