Hi Deb,
Welcome to the online forum, I agree we should definitely promote it a bit more. We include information about the forum in HydeLife, but perhaps there are other ways to inform residents as well. We would welcome any suggestions

This is a general forum for Hyde residents and staff.
The idea is that residents are able to discuss issues with each other, and that they are able to communicate with staff. We have already had instances of problems being brought to attention by means of this forum. There are complaints procedures in place, however, this forum is not the best place for them.
At the end of the day though, this forum is for residents. We don't want this to be a forum for staff 'talking shop,' but instead to open up more avenues of communication.

Why is there alot of Minster staff on here when it is a residents forum can anyone help to find this out as well.
