The Artesian Building is part of the Bermondsey Spa regeneration project in Southwark, London. We have our own residents website but are also part of the Bermondsey Spa residents website, which is external to Hyde & created & run by an Artesian resident.

The Artesian TRA (tenants & residents association) meets every 3 months and we have support from Hyde South East. Here is an example. Last year, the gates to our underground car park were broken for months & we felt that they were not fit for purpose. We invited Paul Singleton, Hyde South East managing director, to inspect and he agreed that Hyde would pay for new gates, and we had input into the design & selection of supplier.
