Hi All,
We have made some more changes to the online forum:
- There are now email and telephone details at the top of every page for any questions
- You will now receive an email to confirm your forum account has been set up
- If you forget your password you will be sent a new one via email by clicking 'lost password' on the home page
- There are now instructions available to help when posting a message. Remember you have to click the HTML button.
- We have updated the forum rules upon sign-up to make it more fun for everyone
Do keep telling us how we can improve your forum and website even further.

The website it effecient, but does not say anything, as i outlined in my comments on What's in a name? The website, logo, name, and image should dovetail reflecting the ethos and values of Hyde. How does out of focus properties and three busted balloons do this. Excuse my critism, but it doesn't work. And the green...Why? first ask what image does Hyde have? Then do you want to keep it or change it? THEN design around it as I outlined in What's in a name. I hope my comments are not too harsh, and that the person who designed this web site, would please accept my apologies for my rudeness. It is good for a first effort. thank you Maurice

The form has now been removed - due to low level of responses.
We have now developed a more user-freindly way of giving us your feedback on the website - no typing necessary!

Thanks to all those that have given us their comments, here are a couple of things we've done at your request:
- Made more local information available
- Made the map bigger on the front page
- Included a brief description of the library section
The form is still available and we are still reading the comments, so if you would like to make a suggestion it's not too late!

 We have now uploaded a feedback form to the website. You can download it here.
The point of the form is to help us assess the ease of use and clarity of the website.
If you would like to make any suggestions for improvement please take the time to fill it in and return it either by email, fax, or post.
