Can't believe more people haven't picked this up. You've got a 150% increase in your service charge!! Ours is 50% from £35 to £52/month. More people need to complain about this unjustifiable increase

I was really shocked to receive my new rent and service charge notice this week - an overall increase of nearly £15!! The service charge has risen from £6.27 to £15.54.
Has anyone else got such an increase?
I don't know how Hyde can justify this.... am waiting to hear from the income officer, and will post again when/if I hear any explanation.
