Hi alfadais,

I'm really sorry to hear that you have experienced problems with the response provided to repair your heating system.

I have been informed that the contract with Kinetics still currently exists at Hyde Minster only, and that their performance in this area is generally very good. I understand your problem has now been resolved, is this correct?

Your feedback is very important to us to ensure our contractors always provide the level of service required for our residents and I would urge that if any contractor does not meet your expectations, that you immediately contact your local office who are best placed to assist in the first instance.

I have also fed your comments back to the Minster team.

Thank you for Sarah your post, I am not surprised,This is the 3rd day i have taken off work and still my boiler is not fixed,they wouldn't have even Turned up and committed to their appointment had i not phoned Minster at 2pm to say that they hadn't arrived !!!! I have been without hot water and heating for TWO WEEKS and when they arrived today they hadn't even got the part ive been waiting a week and a half for !!! I now have to appparently wait until next week because 'Kinetics' are closed........at 3pm on a friday !!!! Terrible company with a superior attitude to boot.Glad Hyde are getting rid of them in 13 years ive not complained till them ......

Hi alfadais & mossop,

Thanks for your posts. Due to a number of problems and failure to deliver, Hyde decided to terminate it's contract with Kinetics last month. You can read more about this here.

If you are still experiencing problems with your repairs please contact your local office who will be able to assist.

I had the same problem with Kinetics, they made appointments to fix my radiator 3 times and never turned up
ringing them was a mammoth task as well, have been waiting since February for radiator repair

Would be interested to see what other residents think of their services,I've had Two occasions where they have been appointed to fix my boiler and both have been a big letdown,Is it just me ?
