Hello mrA2dominion,

Thank you for your enquiry regarding a possible mutual exchange with a Hyde Martlet tenant.

I can confirm that Hyde Martlet do undertake thorough checks on our incoming tenants. We would be looking at rent accounts to check for any breach of tenancy agreement, incidences of anti-social behaviour and checking the condition of a property.

In nearly all mutual exchanges the applicant is successfully accepted, so if you have found someone to swap with please do not hesitate in contact your respective landlords.

Regards

hi all

we have found a property that we want to do a exchange with we are a A2 dominion tenant and the house we found is non estate but a single house out of a road thats a hyde martlett property.

now my question is what checks are carried out by hyde martlett as we were advised by the other tenant that hyde is very thorough with checks and criteria for there properties but surely as we are a tenant with a different housing assoc it should be a simple swap

can anyone confirm the checks that are carried out and has an yone done a exchange or swap

many thanks
