Hi, The spikes that deter pigeons from perching on the drain pipes have fallen off causing a flock to make a home and fill our shared entrance to the garden with droppings. The repair team have called me to explain that "as it's a force of nature they can't do anything". Is this right? Has anyone had any problems like this? Help with this is very appreciated.
